Unbothered Strategies was founded on a simple but powerful belief: when women are equipped with knowledge, supported by community, and backed by strategy, we become unstoppable.

Mafer Zaldivar — our founder, a proudly Mexican creative and strategist — began her career in journalism and marketing, driven by a deep love for storytelling and clarity. But over time, she saw how gaps in access, communication, and representation kept communities, especially women, from thriving. That led her to pursue a Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences, where she began to dig deeper into the root causes of systemic barriers and how communication, health, and relationships are inextricably linked.

Unbothered Strategies is the natural evolution of that journey. It’s a strategy and communications firm grounded in evidence, designed with empathy, and unapologetically powered by collaboration. We work with women-led brands, creators, and change-makers to help them clarify their voice, scale their impact, and build something that actually lasts. We don’t do fluff. We don’t play small. We build with purpose — and make space for the people who are doing the work to be seen and heard.
