The Loud & Strategic SEO Fix List
"We don’t beg for visibility, we build it."
This is your easy, breezy, beautiful guide to making sure your website gets seen by the right people, without playing the algorithm’s guessing game.
🔍 What Is SEO?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the strategy that helps your site show up on Google before your ideal client gives up. SEO ensures Google recognizes your site as an authority and uses keywords to highlight your services and connect you with the right audience.
Here’s the truth:
You can have the best product, most brilliant insights, and a perfectly curated aesthetic, but if your site doesn’t show up when people search, you’re invisible.
Let’s fix that.
✅ SEO CHECKLIST
Use this to audit and optimize your site. And, just like that weekly hairwash routine, rinse and repeat.
🔑 Keywords
Have you identified 5–10 strong keywords your ideal client would search?
Are your keywords used in:
Your page titles
First 100 words of your content
Headings (H1, H2s)
Image alt-text
URL slugs
💡 Tip: Use natural language and think like a client, not a robot. What are you Googling to find the services you need?
✍🏽 Content Length + Value
Are your core pages (Home, Services, About) 1,000–1,500 words? It’s a lot, but it’s worth the effort.
Are they valuable, not just long? (Let’s stay away from fluff and focus on teaching and providing value.)
💡 Why it matters: Search engines love depth. Authority ≠ fluff.
🔗 Internal and External Linking
Did you link to at least 1–2 relevant pages within your own site?
Did you include 1–2 links to high-quality, credible outside sources?
Are other reputable sites linking back to you? (Guest blogs, features, etc.)
💡 That’s how Google knows you’re “in the mix.”
🧾 Meta Descriptions & Tags
Do all your pages and blog posts have meta descriptions?
Are your images labeled with alt text (bonus points for using keywords)?
Is your meta description enticing enough to get someone to click?
💡 Think of meta like a dating profile: catchy, clear, keyworded.
✍️ Blog Strategy
Do you have at least 1 blog per month planned?
Does it include a relevant keyword and internal links?
Is the tone aligned with your brand voice (unbothered, bold, helpful)?
💡 Each blog is a chance to rank and connect.
⏳ Patience + Persistence
Are you checking progress monthly (use Google Search Console and Analytics)?
Are you tracking keyword rankings or traffic?
Are you reviewing what’s working and what needs a glow-up?
💡 SEO is a long-term game, but the right strategy wins every time.
